▌Buying Process
1. Select a specification (ie. weight) you would like to order.
2. Select a payment method.
We offer various payment methods including: online payment. (VISA/Mastercard/Amex)
Our system will send you an order confirmation through e-mail after the order is received.
4. Shipping
Your order will be processed and shipped after the payment is successfully verified.
▌Delivery
1. Notice that this order page is for Taiwan. (Not Including Outlying Islands.)
2. The delivery will be refrigerated to keep the freshness of the mangoes.
3. Should you like to deliver to Okinawa and Hokkaido areas please click the link.
4. Should you like to deliver to JAPAN areas please click the link.
▌Product Information
A. Premium class: Mangoes are nearly perfect, including size, skin, and texture. A perfect choice for gifts!!!
B. Normal class: Mangoes may have a few defects or skin blemishes, however, they do not affect the taste and texture.
▌Specification
A. 5 KG/Carton ( Approximately 12 ~ 16 mangoes )
B. 2.5 KG/Carton ( Approximately 8 ~ 10 mangoes )

▌Notice for Buyers
1. Should you need to check the status of the order, please click on “Order Tracking” at the bottom of our website.
2. Pre-Orders cannot be canceled or adjusted, including shipping information after the pre-order date.
3. Pre-Orders cannot be refunded after the pre-order date; therefore, please confirm the order information before placing an order.
4. Photos of products are for reference only and we reserve the right to make changes.
5. In response to being eco-friendly, we only issue e-invoices to the e-mail address provided.
6. Orders are filled in the sequence they are received. Due to mango availability, we are unable to schedule specific delivery dates.
7. Once you receive the shipping notification, the order should arrive at the destination address within 2 days.
▌Notice of After-Sale
1. Since produce are easily affected by the weather, we reserve the right to postpone the shipping date or cancel the order in order to maintain the quality of the mangoes.
2. Following the Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan, produce is not applicable with the term of appreciation period. Therefore, we do not accept refunds for any subjective reasons including texture, color, and size of products.
3. To avoid misdelivery, please verify the shipping address before placing an order. If the incorrect address is entered, please contact us through email as soon as possible viviyaciou@gmail.com.
5. Please inspect the order immediately once it arrives. Contact us within 24 hours after the arrival date if there are any issues. Refer to Refund Section for details.
▌Refund
1. Refunds are only applicable if the mangoes are defective upon arrival.
2. Evidence Photos need to be taken within 24 hours after signing including a photo of defective mangoes, completed package box, and consignment note.
3. E-mail photos to viviyaciou@gmail.com with the name, phone number of the buyer, and order number. We will respond within 3 working days.
4. We are NOT responsible for misdeliveries, late deliveries, or force majeure.
5. Refunds will be deducted 30 NT dollars as remittance fees except for Bank SinoPac.
